Publication Guidelines

Article Presentation

Articles must be submitted in digital format (preferably .doc or .docx) and follow these guidelines:

• Font: Arial, size 12.
• Line spacing: 1.5.
• Margins: 2.5 cm on all sides.
• Pagination: all pages must be numbered.

Article Structure

Submitted articles must follow this structure:

• Title: bold and centered, it must reflect the article's content.
• Abstract: up to 50 words, in both Portuguese and English.
• Keywords: at least 3 terms describing the article's content.
• Introduction: should provide context for the topic and present the study's objectives.
• Body: a clear and detailed description in the development of the article.
• Body Artifacts: just text and code (you can use plain text for diagrams).
• Conclusion: a synthesis or final considerations of the study's contributions.
• References: should preferably follow ABNT standards or another field-specific style.

Article Submission

Articles must be submitted via email to contato@leaders.tec.br. All the guidelines above must be followed.

After submission, the article will undergo a preliminary evaluation by the editorial team and, if approved, will be sent for review.

Copyright

By submitting an article, the authors agree to transfer the copyright to the journal in case of publication. Authors are also responsible for the originality and authenticity of the submitted content.

Publication Ethics

The journal follows strict ethical standards for article publication. Any suspicion of plagiarism, data manipulation, or other unethical practices will be investigated and may result in rejection of the article or corrective actions.
